**Role Summary:**

The VP of Product & Customer Excellence, ICA is responsible for driving change and process efficiencies by leading a multifunctional team of experts for Imaging Care Areas (ICA) organization in GE Healthcare Digital. This role will provide focused guidance on execution, communication and process orientation to improve our service capability and product quality - ultimately focused on improving our customer experience.


**Essential Responsibilities:**


+ Provide strategic organizational leadership and direction to ensure the execution of high quality service and product deployment, assessing and adjusting the product and implementation processes to align with business metrics and increase customer satisfaction

+ Lead a multifunctional team of experts to drive toward a cohesive strategy and deliverables

+ Partner and collaborate with senior leadership and functional leadership (Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Quality) to enhance customer experience leading to improved business results

+ Oversee large scale complex projects keeping all functions on schedule, ensuring consistent communications and terminology

+ Drive continuous improvement, process excellence and productivity within ICA

+ Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with applicable EHS policies and procedures

+ Deliver on all business commitments including revenue and base cost targets, quality and compliance activities

+ Understand and meet customer needs while balancing business objectives and fostering strong customer relationships **Qualifications/Requirements:** Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor's Degree, STEM major preferred

+ 5 years minimum technical background either through education or working with IT or software engineers

+ Minimum 5 years managing large scale projects in a Healthcare environment that includes working with external customers

+ Minimum 7 years' experience in a leadership position in a matrix environmentEligibility Requirements

+ Ability to travel 30% or more

+ Preferred location: Chicago, IL **Desired Characteristics:**

+ Track record of quickly identifying root cause problems, defining a solution and creating improved repeatable processes

+ Proven leadership abilities and experience with leading cross functional teams and successfully driving large scale changes

+ Commercial orientation; Ability to interface directly with customers when needed

+ Capable of influencing and navigating across a matrixed environment

+ Demonstrated operational excellence, including financial and business analysis skills. Strong understanding of Healthcare Digital key business drivers

+ Ability to present in front of large groups, deal with ambiguity, and demonstrate composure in stressful situations where competing priorities must be managed

+ Strong communication skills - ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages for peers, customers, employee teams and senior leadership

+ Demonstrated leadership ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization, including peers

+ Ability to speak at a technical level

+ MBA or equivalent

+ PMP Certification

+ Proven knowledge and expertise in driving change using lean and six sigma methods

+ Strong track record of leading a high-performance team; focus on retaining talent

+ Demonstrated success in working with customers to resolve complex issues and develop solid business relationships

+ In-depth knowledge of and experience in the Healthcare Technologies, IT, Software markets and GE HC Digital Software Solutions
