The successful candidate will lead a talented software development and integration teams to develop a cloud based enterprise application solution. The candidate will have overall technical responsibility for the architecture implementation.


+ Leads technical direction for multiple software groups that will be using multiple technologies.

+ Facilitate the use of Agile and DevOps approaches.

+ Utilizes extensive experience to plan and accomplish goals.

+ Debug and solve complex problems either individually or within a team.



+ BS Engineering, Computer Science or Math field. At least 15 combined years of experience with a strong focus on SDLC (software development lifecycle).

+ Clearance Requirement:US Citizen with existing Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance or higher

**Experience / Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:**

+ Expertise using one or more of the following languages / Frameworks Java, Go, C# .NET Core.

+ Expertise in implementing architectures utilizing microservices.

+ Experience in CI/CD within a cloud based environment.

+ Familiarity with AWS, Azure or other cloud providers as well as hybrid cloud infrastructure

+ Familiarity with automation tools such as StackStorm, Jenkins, Bamboo.

+ Familiarity with container platforms such as OpenShift or Kubernetes for container runtime environments.


+ SCORM Compliant applications and SCORM Engines.

+ Development experience with a learning management system.
